James M. L. Luttrell was born in 1827 in Franklin Co., TN and died in 1900 in Lincoln Co., TN. He married Martha Frances "Fannie" Taylor, daughter of John Calvin Taylor and Mahuldah Preston. I feel certain he was somehow connected to other Luttrell families who lived in Lincoln Co., TN from about 1810 on. But so far, no connection and his parents are unknown.

Thornton Luttrell was born in 1822 in Lincoln Co., TN and died in 1902 in Lincoln Co., TN. He married Sophia Elizabeth Heath, daughter of Abner C. and Sarah Heath. I think it is possible he was the son of Thomas Luttrell who lived in Lincoln Co., TN but the connection has not been made. And I don't know who Thomas was either.

Hezekiah Strutton was born about 1765 probably in Virginia, possibly in North Carolina. In 1790 he was living in Burke Co., NC. After that he was in Wilkes Co., NC and died after 1812 probably in Hawkins Co., TN. I really would like to know where he came from and who his parents were.
