    • Supposed to have been shot and killed by his brother-in-law in Marion County, Alabama. Information is that there's an article in the newspaper in Hamilton, Alabama. Brothers, James and Pleasant, went to Marion County before the Civil War; both served in the 26th Alabama Infantry Regiment. Thomas moved to Marion County during or after the Civil War.
