      E. A. Littrell, 60, Medford civic and business leader and former Oregon legislator, died Saturday. The funeral is set for Wednesday at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Born on September 21, 1900 in Colfax, New Mexico, Mr. Littrell attended schools in Raton, New Mexico and came to Oregon in 1920. He became a partner in Littrell Auto Parts in 1923 and had served as president of the corporation since 1927. He was a City Council member in 1933 and 1934 and was a state representative from Jackson County from 1955 to 1958. He was a Republican. Survivors include his widow, Frances; three sons, Harold R. Littrell and Robert D. Littrell, both of Medford, and William Littrell of Coos Bay; daughter, Mrs. Donald R. Rice of Medford; step-daughter, Mrs. David W. Brainerd of Petaluma, California; a sister, Mrs. H. M. Chadwick of Phoenix, Arizona; and three brothers, Donald B. Littrell of Chicago, Illinois, Isaac Littrell of Los Angeles, California, and Earl K. Littrell of Coos Bay.
